Chief Judge Appoints Seidman to Board of Trustees of the New York Lawyers Assistance Trust

New York’s Chief Judge Judith Kaye has appointed Steve Seidman to the Board of Trustees of the New York Lawyers Assistance Trust. The trust provides statewide leadership and financial assistance to programs for the treatment and prevention of alcohol and substance dependency among lawyers, judges and law students in New York State. This is an outgrowth of Mr. Seidman’s ongoing work with the Committee for Physicians’ Health (CPH), which provides similar assistance to New York physicians.
