Daniel Ratner Quoted in New York Law Journal Article

Daniel S. Ratner, Managing Partner of HPM&B, was quoted in an article featured in the New York Law Journal on March 2, 2012.  The article focused on a bill introduced in Albany that would prohibit any party in cases involving personal injury, medical, dental or podiatric malpractice or wrongful death from conducting ex parte interviews with the treating physicians or health care professions of other parties.
