New York State Judicial Institute’s 2025 Medicine for Judges Seminar

HPM&B is honored to announce that two of our senior partners, Charles Bach and Andrew Neubardt, both top-tier medical malpractice trial attorneys, recently spoke at the New York State Judicial Institute’s 2025 Medicine for Judges Seminar. This annual seminar provided New York judges with critical insights into medical malpractice and personal injury litigation, including analysis of complex legal and evidentiary issues in the courtroom. Mr. Neubardt was on a panel that lectured on Failure to Diagnose Cancer: Cases & Topics. Mr. Bach participated in a panel that gave live demonstrations of cross examination of a med mal plaintiff, a med mal defendant, a plaintiff’s expert and a defendant’s expert. The in-person conference was held at The Judicial Institute located in an auditorium at Pace Law School in White Plains. Well over 100 judges participated via Zoom from around the state.
