On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, the Franklin H. Williams Commission will host a one-day Juneteenth Symposium – The Reconstruction Amendments – The Road to Freedom and Civil Rights from 10AM-3PM at the New York State Judicial Institute in White Plains, New York. Keynote speaker, Hon. Rowan D. Wilson, Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals, will speak on The History and Legacy of the Reconstruction Amendments.
