Aaron Clarke

Aaron is an associate with the law firm, and his practice focuses on the representation of medical institutions, individual physicians, and other medical personnel in complex medical malpractice actions. He also practices general liability defense, representing corporations and business entities.

Aaron is involved in all stages of litigation from inception through resolution, including case development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

During law school, Aaron served as the subeditor of the Government Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, Aaron served as a legislative director in the New York State Senate and subsequently practiced Workers’ Compensation Defense representing employers and insurers before the Workers’ Compensation Board.
