Cynthia is a highly accomplished litigator with a dedicated focus on defending physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in complex, high-stakes medical malpractice cases—from initial investigation through trial. Throughout her career, she has exclusively practiced in the area of medical malpractice defense.

Over the course of thousands of hours in litigation, Cynthia has developed and refined a robust skill set, including taking and defending depositions, examining witnesses, and delivering persuasive oral arguments in the courtroom. Her advocacy is further strengthened by incisive legal writing and research, which have contributed to favorable outcomes in summary judgment motions, Frye motions, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and trials.
