David A. Loudon

David A. Loudon is an associate at HPM&B. He concentrates his practice on defending medical malpractice cases involving hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers and networks. David is involved in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including fact investigation, case development, discovery, legal research, motion practice, and suit evaluation.

Before joining HPM&B, David defended hospitals, nursing homes, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation at all stages or pre-trial litigation at a prominent defense firm in New York, New York.

David graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Scholarship. He obtained his BS in Marketing and BA in Philosophy/World Religions from Rowan University. He is licensed to practice in New York.

David is conversant in Spanish.
