Julia A. Wetzel is an Associate at Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP. Her healthcare experiences and expertise allow her to zealously advocate and guide hospitals and medical providers for growth in a dynamic healthcare marketplace.
Julia utilizes her past experiences to develop her practice. Her extensive background focuses on healthcare law, policy, compliance and medical malpractice. She understands how crucial it is to continue to expand services and capabilities to assist in leading the way in innovative care. Prior to joining Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP, she assisted in providing innovative, data-driven, and practical solutions to position hospitals and providers in meeting various medical malpractice challenges.
Julia also has experience in advising life-science entities, including but not limited to, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, medical device companies, and hospitals, in meeting challenges and tailoring solutions for industry growth. In doing so, she delivered sound analytical solutions to clients by leveraging industry and enforcement knowledge to provide practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency, inform business decision making, and proactively address and remediate key legal risks.
Hospitals, healthcare systems, healthcare companies and providers face various challenges as they navigate the highly competitive and regulated healthcare industry.
