Mandy T. Nguyen is an associate with Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach LLP. She represents physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities through all stages of complex medical malpractice litigation.

Mandy is involved in each phase of pre-trial litigation, with a focus on case development, fact investigation, legal research, managing discovery, motion support, suit evaluation, and representing clients in court appearances.

Before joining HPM&B, Mandy began her career as a staff attorney at a major non-profit organization in New York City representing clients applying for social security benefits. During law school, she worked as a law clerk at a firm specializing in multidistrict litigation in product liability claims.”
