Matthew H. McNamara

Matt is a partner at the firm with experience in a variety of areas of Civil Litigation including Medical, Legal and Professional Malpractice, Labor Law and Personal Injury. Matt concentrates his practice in defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice actions, and attorneys and other professionals in all aspects of civil litigation.

Matt is an experienced trial attorney and has tried cases in New York State, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Courts of the Western and Northern Districts of New York.
