Samuel W. Keller

Samuel is an associate with the firm, and his practice focuses on the representation of medical institutions, individual physicians, and other medical personnel in medical malpractice actions. He also practices general liability defense, representing corporations and business entities.

Samuel is involved in all stages of litigation from inception through resolution, including case development, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Samuel is a graduate of Le Moyne College. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. In 2023, Samuel earned his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, he first served as an Associate Editor on the Journal of International Law and Commerce. In his final year of school, he took the position of Form and Accuracy Editor on the Journal, specializing in legal research. Samuel also spent his final school year in the Betty and Michael D. Wohl Veterans Legal Clinic as a student attorney, where he provided legal services to veterans in need of disability benefits from the VA.
