All claims against a Physical Therapist dismissed

In April of 2014, all claims against a Physical Therapist were dismissed on the eve of trial after Laura S. Murphy and her team successfully moved to dismiss them on the grounds that the action was improperly pled as sounding in general liability rather than professional malpractice.
