Case Dismissal

HPM&B Partner Doreen Dufficy and associates Gabrielle Apfel and Samantha Paulraj recently obtained dismissal of claims on behalf a surgeon and his practice in a case venued in Richmond County.  A motion to dismiss was granted in its entirety in this case wherein plaintiffs alleged that an abdominoplasty performed on the plaintiff by our client resulted in post-procedure infection, necrotizing fasciitis, the need for hospitalization and wound care, and revision surgery.   All claims were dismissed with prejudice.
